During this role the special job assigned and completed was the outsourcing of warehousing operations to 3pl. This was done successfully.
Implementation of new system
Conducting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review of inventory and Main Warehouses and Mini Stores.
Processing CAPEX & OPEX Departmental cases for new purchases.
Inventory management at nationwide stores.
Item definition in ERP Item Master for items to be used in procurement process.
Evaluation of storage capacity at warehouses and stores.
Policy compliance with respect to receiving and issuance of inventory.
Supervision of disposal activity conducted in warehouses. Providing financial analysis against disposal.
Supervision of relocation projects regarding warehouses and mini stores new location.
New deliveries routing to warehouses and stores through SQL.
Processing CAPEX & OPEX Departmental cases for new purchases.
I was working now in Project Accounting Dept earlier i worked in Financial Operations and Payable Dept.
